*Dispatch of personalized products will be within 8 -12 weeks from the date your order is accepted by us (based on the last E-mail date if the customer choose to mix the pattern with their own pattern design, thus please plan accordingly.
*Please double check your order carefully to check all the details, especially the personalized text you have requested are correct as it will be printed exactly as you enter it including any capitalization (e.g Aethe.Rolea, aethe.rolea, AETHE.ROLEA), Font type and the Label shape
*Refunds and replacement for fault products will be provided in accordance with our standard Terms & Conditions, but please note that refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of your own actions such as if personalisation is spelt incorrectly.
